my egg sandwich


This is delish, filling and lo-cal.
208 cals., 25 carbs with 5 from fiber, 11 grams of fat

1 Thomas's Better Start Muffin, split, toasted

1 poached egg - I cook the egg in the microwave for 45 secs

1 Laughing Cow Light cheese wedge

Spread the cheese on 1/2 the warm muffin, then plop the egg on top, then smoosh together with the other 1/2 of the muffin.

Yum. Do not succumb to begging fat dog at your heels. Enjoy every bit yourself.
