Me and Scott

i was queasy doing it, but i voted for scott brown
now i am trying to figure out why i did it
because i think the healthcare legislation offers nothing innovative to control costs?
because N says we will lose $60,000 in income if healthcare passes
because Martha assumed she would win

i took my shirt off and danced with scott. i voted for scott because i have at last abandoned my ideals concerning government and social programs. i have given up on a government that can provide a social safety net for those who are truly in need - what we have is bloated government feeding its own growth and too many citizens expecting/chosing government help over self-reliance
